Barcelona producers Velmondo (Hivern Discs) and Priorat have teamed up with Chicken Lips singer Jonny Spencer for an EP of deviant, darkly surreal and thoroughly epic house music, including the long-awaited release of Andrew Weatherall favourite 'Dragging In The Mud'.

The EP, which will be released on Munich's Compost Records (Compost Disco), comprises two original tracks from Velmondo - known for his work on John Talabot's Hivern Discs - and young producer Priorat, who debuted on the compilation Hivernation from the same label. The release includes 'Dragging In The Mud', which Weatherall played on his last NTS radio show before the much-loved DJ and producer's tragic death.

Both original tracks feature debauched disco not disco beats, astral effects and production as deep as a Pacific trench, to which Spencer adds quirky spoken word vocals, pushing the music out to newly twisted and spaced-out plains. Absolutely essential for fans of Liquid Liquid, Liaisons Dangereuses or Suicide.

The EP is completed with remixes by Barcelona's Marc Piñol and Swiss duo In Flagranti.
